Entry-level Life actuarial analyst role in MassMutual’s Actuarial Leadership Development Program, based in Boston or Springfield, Massachusetts. You’ll rotate through business and corporate units, complete meaningful projects, receive exam support and mentoring, and build toward future actuarial leadership roles.

Requirements

Must have

Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher

Strongly preferred

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Finance, Economics or related)
Completion of 1 or more actuarial exams
Commitment to pursue Fellowship in the Society of Actuaries
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access)
Strong analytical skills
Demonstrated leadership skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
