Entry-level Health actuarial analyst role with Johns Hopkins Health Plans in Hanover, Maryland, performed remotely. You’ll analyze healthcare and financial data, build actuarial models and projections, support pricing and plan-management decisions, and create visualizations for multiple health plan initiatives.

Requirements

Must have

  • U.S. citizenship required
  • Bachelor's degree in Math, Actuarial Science, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science or related field

Strongly preferred

  • 0-5 years' work experience
  • Knowledge of financial and accounting concepts and spreadsheets/database software
  • Strong technical skills in Microsoft Office products

Nice to have

  • Experience using PowerBI
  • Advanced Excel ability including VBA macros
