Requirements

Must have

  • 1+ actuarial exams passed and pursuing Associate/Fellowship designation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to work hybrid from Hartford, CT office 3 days per week (Tuesday-Thursday)

Strongly preferred

  • Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Economics or related field
  • Previous Property and Casualty Actuarial Experience
  • Experience with R or Python
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Teamwork and collaboration skills
