Entry-level P&C actuarial analyst role in Philadelphia supporting multi-line reinsurance broking and risk management. The 24-month REACH program combines large-data analysis, pricing models, reinsurance optimization, client proposals, and structured CAS exam support. The role is full-time and hybrid, with five paid training trips to Rolling Meadows, Illinois.

Requirements

Must have

  • Passed a minimum of one actuarial exam

Strongly preferred

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, etc.)
  • Intent to pursue ACAS/FCAS designation from the CAS
  • Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, macros, conditional formatting, statistical modeling)
  • Strong technological proficiency to use various software
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Flexibility to travel to Rolling Meadows, IL for training (5 trips)

Nice to have

  • Previous internship or work experience in a related field
  • Knowledge of or curiosity about the reinsurance broking and risk management industry
