Entry-level P&C actuarial analyst role in Gallagher Re’s 24-month REACH 2027 program, based in Philadelphia with a hybrid schedule. You’ll work in multi-line reinsurance on large data sets, predictive analysis, pricing models, client proposals, and risk-transfer solutions while progressing toward ACAS/FCAS.

Requirements

Must have

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, etc.)
  • Passed a minimum of one actuarial exam
  • Intent to pursue an actuarial designation, ACAS/FCAS, from the Casualty Actuarial Society
  • Flexibility to travel to Rolling Meadows, IL 5 times for training (expenses covered)

Strongly preferred

  • Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, macros, conditional formatting, statistical modeling)
  • Strong technological proficiency with various software
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Nice to have

  • Previous internship or work experience in a related field
  • Knowledge of or curiosity about the reinsurance broking and risk management industry
