Entry-level P&C actuarial analyst role in Gallagher Re’s 24-month REACH program in Minneapolis, Minnesota. You’ll support reinsurance pricing and structuring through large-data analysis, client proposals, pricing models, and risk-transfer work. The hybrid program requires at least one actuarial exam and supports progress toward ACAS/FCAS.

Requirements

Must have

  • Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, or related field
  • Passed a minimum of one actuarial exam
  • Intent to pursue ACAS/FCAS designation from the Casualty Actuarial Society
  • Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, macros, conditional formatting, statistical modeling)
  • Flexibility to travel to Rolling Meadows, IL five times for training

Strongly preferred

  • Strong technological proficiency to use various software
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Nice to have

  • Previous internship or work experience in a related field
  • Knowledge of or curiosity about the reinsurance broking and risk management industry
