Entry-level P&C actuarial analyst role in Philadelphia supporting multi-line reinsurance pricing, structuring, and risk management. The 24-month REACH program combines large-data analysis, pricing model development, client proposals, and structured exam support toward ACAS/FCAS credentials. The role is hybrid, with five training trips to Rolling Meadows, Illinois.

Requirements

Must have

  • Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Economics, Finance or related field
  • Passed a minimum of one actuarial exam
  • Intent to pursue ACAS/FCAS designation from the Casualty Actuarial Society
  • Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, macros, conditional formatting, statistical modeling)
  • Flexibility to travel to Rolling Meadows, IL five times for training

Strongly preferred

  • Strong technological proficiency to use various software for efficient task completion
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
