The 24-month REACH program combines large-data analysis, pricing models, client proposals, and reinsurance optimization with structured learning and exam support. The role is hybrid and requires at least one passed actuarial exam.

Requirements

Must have

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, etc.)
  • Passed a minimum of one actuarial exam
  • Intent to pursue ACAS/FCAS designation
  • Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, macros, conditional formatting, statistical modeling)
  • Strong technological proficiency to use various software
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Flexibility to travel to home office in Rolling Meadows, IL 5 times for training

Nice to have

  • Previous internship or work experience in a related field
  • Knowledge of or curiosity about the reinsurance broking and risk management industry
