Associate-level Health actuarial consulting role in Milliman’s Seattle Health Practice. You’ll support pricing, forecasting, healthcare data analysis, client reporting, quality review, and research while working toward SOA Fellowship. The position is full-time onsite in Seattle, Washington, with a salary range of $80,169–$136,160.

Requirements

Must have

Passed a minimum of 1 SOA exam
Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Strongly preferred

Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, actuarial science, economics, or a related field
Up to 4 years of healthcare actuarial experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Ability to network and build professional relationships quickly
Strong interpersonal skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Demonstrated capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment

Nice to have

College GPA of 3.3 or higher
Prior actuarial internship or relevant data analysis experience
Familiarity with SAS, SQL, R, Python, and/or Power BI
