A reserving cycle role rather than a pure pricing partner: quarterly and annual reserve reviews are the anchor, with pricing as a secondary responsibility.

Manager-level P&C actuarial role in Westfield Center, Ohio, covering multi-line loss reserving, pricing oversight, and management reporting. You’ll lead reserve reviews, improve reserving processes, benchmark industry practices, and partner with Claims, Finance, Investments, and IT. ACAS and 7+ years of experience are required; FCAS is preferred, with hybrid or remote work determined by distance from the office.

Must have

  • ACAS designation
  • Hybrid/remote work arrangement depending on distance from Westfield Center, OH

Strongly preferred

  • 7+ years of experience in Actuarial or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Sciences, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Economics or related field

Nice to have

  • FCAS designation
