Actuarial Intern opportunity in Montgomery, Ohio, with an insurer's actuarial team. You will support pricing, valuation, enterprise risk management, product work, and financial reporting through data analysis, modeling, documentation, and tool development. The 12-week full-time program offers remote, onsite, or hybrid arrangements and pays $22 per hour.
Requirements
Must have
- Pursuing a major in actuarial science or a related financial/mathematical field
- Completed at least one SOA exam
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Access, and Word
- Ability to take initiative, work independently, meet deadlines, and interact professionally
Nice to have
- Experience with programming languages like VBA, Python, or R
- Prior work experience, including internships or co-ops
