Closer to a live product and pricing partner than a reserving cycle role—the deciding factor is product strategy and in-force action rather than quarterly reporting.
Director-level Life actuarial leadership role in the United States, covering individual life pricing, product development, and in-force management. You will lead complex product analysis, experience studies, filings, capital and profitability assessments, product strategy, and team development across IUL, UL, BOLI, Term Life, and Whole Life.
Requirements
Must have
- 10+ years of life insurance actuarial experience
- FSA or ASA with MAAA
- Advanced knowledge of IUL, UL, BOLI, Term Life, Whole Life products
Strongly preferred
- Strong actuarial modeling and analytical skills
- Experience supporting state and Compact product filings
- Understanding of illustration regulations, AG 49A, IRC 7702/7702A
- Project management and communication skills
