Must have
FSA designation required
7+ years of healthcare actuarial experience, with at least 4 years in consulting/advisory
5+ years of experience with VBP arrangements (shared savings, capitation, provider risk)
3+ years leading Medicare/Medicaid VBP work, including delegating and mentoring
Proficiency with Excel
Strong understanding of the US healthcare system
Demonstrable skills in presenting technical concepts to a non-technical audience
Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
Ability to work both independently and in team environments
Proven ability to work in fast-paced environment where client satisfaction is key
Nice to have
Some knowledge of SAS, SQL, Python, or R
Experience with current Medicare/Medicaid VBP programs (REACH/LEAD, MSSP, AHEAD, TEAM, managed Medicaid or Medicare Advantage provider risk) is a plus
Ability to manage client relationships and generate new business (expected to develop)
