Role Summary

Senior leadership role leading group pricing for Life, Absence & Disability lines at a major employee benefits carrier. You'll set pricing strategy, oversee reinsurance, and partner with Sales and Underwriting to drive profitable growth.

Key Requirements

  • FSA or equivalent non-US actuarial credential required
  • 10+ years post-fellowship experience in group benefits pricing
  • Significant leadership experience in pricing group Life, STD, LTD, PFML, Dental, Vision
  • Experience developing pricing strategies and managing reinsurance partnerships
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus
