JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

  • Lead pricing for a $4B block of group Life, STD, LTD, PFML, Dental & Vision
  • Develop pricing strategy, manage reinsurance, and drive profitability
  • Partner with Sales & Underwriting on product development and growth
  • Foster a high-performance culture and mentor a pricing team
  • Fully remote role with occasional travel

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

  • Group benefits pricing (Life, STD, LTD, PFML, Dental, Vision)
  • Reinsurance partnership management
  • Strategic pricing and profitability management

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • FSA or equivalent non-US actuarial credential required
  • 10+ years post-fellowship experience in group benefits pricing
  • Significant leadership experience in pricing group Life, STD, LTD, PFML, Dental, Vision
  • Experience developing pricing strategies and managing reinsurance partnerships
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus
