Closer to a structured development programme than a pure pricing specialist role because rotations deliberately broaden experience across actuarial functions and businesses.

Associate Life actuary role in Annuity Pricing, based in Radnor, Pennsylvania or other listed Lincoln offices. You’ll perform pricing and risk analysis for individual annuity products, support product and capital initiatives, maintain models, and present findings to stakeholders. The hybrid arrangement requires three office days per week, with 3-6+ years of actuarial experience and ASA preferred.

Requirements

Must have

Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Strongly preferred

3-6+ years of actuarial experience
Strong technical, analytical, and critical-thinking skills
Capability to be productive in a dynamic environment with changing priorities
Motivated and collaborative with an optimistic outlook
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Pass SOA exams at a prescribed pace as part of the Actuarial Development Program
