Associate Life actuary role in Lincoln Financial’s Life Experience Management team, based in Radnor, Pennsylvania, with other listed office locations and a three-day hybrid schedule. You’ll support life experience studies, develop policyholder behavior or morbidity assumptions, improve data processes, and provide insights for pricing, valuation, and risk management.

Requirements

Must have

  • Minimum 3 years of actuarial or data analytics experience

Strongly preferred

  • Undergraduate degree with concentration in Actuarial Science
  • ASA designation
  • Analytical skills to think critically and solve problems independently
  • Ability to synthesize large volumes of data to extract insights and identify anomalies
  • Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, or other programming languages
  • Ability to bring innovative thinking to improve processes
  • Priority setting, time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)

Nice to have

  • Life product knowledge
  • Experience studies and/or data management experience
  • Proficiency in Python (pandas, NumPy, Dask) for large-scale data processing
  • Familiarity with version control tools (Git, GitLab, GitHub)
  • Exposure to predictive analytics
