JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

Lead Reserving & Loss Analytics for Middle Market and specialty P&C portfolios
Co-lead corporate actuarial workstreams including NAIC SAO and statutory reporting
Partner with underwriting, pricing, claims and finance to align reserve views
Hands-on leader building reserving models and analytic solutions (SQL, Excel, Power BI)
Hybrid role based in St. Paul, MN; senior/Director-level with team leadership

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

reserving and loss analytics
NAIC Statement of Actuarial Opinion / statutory reporting
managing reserving teams at insurer or reinsurer
commercial and specialty P&C lines experience

KEY REQUIREMENTS

10+ years in progressively senior P&C actuarial roles
Minimum 5 years in a reserving or loss analytics function
Proven experience managing and developing a reserving team at carrier/reinsurer
Expert SQL and advanced Excel; experience with analytics and data quality
Fellow of the CAS (FCAS) preferred; strong ACAS candidates will be considered
