High school diploma and continuous college enrollment (full-time undergraduate or graduate degree program)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
Ability to work well in a team
Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving and prioritization skills
Proactive approach to work, displaying creativity and flexibility
Commitment to continuous improvement of skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently and on teams
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Experience using a desktop computer in a professional environment
Ability to travel across Health Plan service region for meetings and training
