The role requires deep multiemployer DB pension consulting experience and ProVal knowledge. Hybrid (3 days in office / 2 days remote) based near Philadelphia, PA.
JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Lead the multiemployer defined benefit pension practice
- Manage a team of ~4 professionals and serve as day-to-day client contact
- Perform technical reviews of pension valuation results and ensure compliance
- Drive operational improvements, documentation, and software evaluation
- Hybrid role – 3 days in office / 2 days remote in greater Philadelphia, PA
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- Multiemployer defined benefit pension consulting
- Managing all aspects of multiemployer pension plans
- Review of actuarial valuation results
- Experience with ProVal pension software
- Client-facing pension consulting
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 15+ years of actuarial experience in multiemployer pension consulting
- EA (Enrolled Actuary) required
- Demonstrated experience managing multiemployer DB pension plans
- Hands-on experience with ProVal pension valuation software
- Bachelor’s Degree in Actuarial Science or related field required
