JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Lead a multiemployer pension practice serving Taft-Hartley clients
- Manage a team of ~4 professionals and oversee deliverables
- Perform technical actuarial reviews and ensure regulatory compliance
- Drive operational improvements and evaluate pension software solutions
- Hybrid: 3 days in office / 2 days remote (suburb of Philadelphia, PA)
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- Multiemployer pension consulting
- Multiemployer defined benefit plan actuarial review
- Pension plan regulatory compliance
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 15+ years of actuarial experience in multiemployer pension consulting
- EA required; ASA or FSA preferred
- Experience managing all aspects of multiemployer defined benefit plans
- Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science or related field required
- Proven client-facing and leadership experience
