Closer to a data-science crossover than a pure consulting role because predictive modeling and data analysis are central despite regular client contact.

P&C cyber analytics co-op in Atlanta, with other listed locations including New York, Philadelphia, Edina, and Seattle. From January through June 2027, you’ll analyze client data, run predictive and reinsurance models, and support cyber reinsurance solutions and client discussions. The role is open to bachelor’s students and pays $27-$30 per hour.

Requirements

Must have

  • Pursuance of bachelor's or equivalent degree

Strongly preferred

  • Major in actuarial science, data science, statistics, mathematics, or economics
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Good problem-solving skills and financial aptitude
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Curious and proactive mindset with ability to lead projects
  • Collaborative team-oriented personality
  • Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills

Nice to have

  • Preference for insurance-related or quantitative majors
  • Prior insurance-related internships or co-ops
  • Familiarity with R, Alteryx, or Power BI
