HIGHLIGHTS

Remote data analyst role in Milliman's Mountain Gulf Health Practice focused on AI and healthcare analytics. You will build scalable data pipelines, develop ML-driven models, and produce actionable visualizations while applying basic actuarial concepts. Position is temporary with potential to convert to permanent and is based in Salt Lake City (remote across several Mountain Gulf locations).

JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

Develop AI-driven analytics and scalable data pipelines for healthcare consulting
Work with large healthcare datasets and build predictive/ML models
Use Python, R, and SQL with Power BI or Tableau for reporting
Temporary-to-permanent remote role in the Mountain Gulf Health Practice
Requires 2+ SOA exams passed and a Master’s in a quantitative field

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

Applied AI or machine learning experience
Python, R, and SQL for data analysis
Power BI or Tableau for visualization
Building or improving data pipelines and workflows
At least two Society of Actuaries exams passed

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Master’s degree in a quantitative field required
At least two Society of Actuaries exams passed
Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL
Experience with Power BI or Tableau and data workflow development
Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
