You’ll lead the JFSA economic capital program, oversee governance and reporting, manage a team, and connect risk and value insights to strategy, capital allocation, pricing, and growth decisions. ASA is required, with FSA strongly preferred, and the posted salary is $147,750-$236,000.

Must have
ASA designation required
Eight or more years of actuarial experience with increasing levels of responsibility
Experience with economic capital regulations and governance, reporting applicability and impact to business strategy, performance management, capital allocation, and growth decisions
Proven experience in management and technical oversight of senior actuarial individual contributors and/or teams
Solid technology skills utilizing Excel
Strongly preferred
FSA designation strongly preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred in Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Business or related field
