Director-level P&C pricing role in The Hartford’s Global Specialty US Actuarial Pricing team, focused on Professional Liability E&O in Hartford, CT, Chicago, or Charlotte. You’ll develop pricing strategies, evaluate profitability, support rate filings and planning, partner with underwriting and other functions, and manage two actuarial staff.

Requirements

Must have

Minimum 5 years of Property and Casualty Insurance Actuarial experience

Strongly preferred

FCAS preferred
Financial Lines (E&O, D&O, EPL, Cyber) experience preferred
Undergraduate degree with a major in Mathematics, Actuarial Science or related field of study
Effective oral and written communications skills
Independently motivated; constantly looks for areas to add value
Teamwork skills including ability to collaborate with and influence individuals at different organizational levels
