Role Summary

Director-level P&C pricing role focused on Home rating plan development and pricing systems. Lead a team of actuaries, analysts and junior data scientists, manage rating plan implementation and regulatory filing support, based in Rhode Island with flexible remote or hybrid options.

Key Requirements

  • 7–10 years progressive P&C personal lines pricing/product experience
  • Proven leadership managing and developing actuarial teams
  • Experience with rating plan development, analysis and implementation
  • Strong proficiency in actuarial software and pricing tools
  • Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
