Senior Life actuarial and financial risk role in Dallas, Texas, covering individual annuity and life insurance portfolios. You will independently review pricing, assumptions, reserving, cash flow testing, ALM, capital requirements, and strategic transactions, with findings presented to senior leadership.
Requirements
Must have
5+ years actuarial and/or quantitative risk management experience
Experience with insurance and annuity product pricing, actuarial assumption setting, reserving or cash flow testing in a life insurance or annuity context
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strongly preferred

7+ years of actuarial and/or quantitative risk management experience in a life insurance and annuity context
ASA or FSA designation highly preferred
Nice to have
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or Economics
Familiarity with Asset Liability Management concepts and models, including interest rate risk, duration management, and liability cash flow analysis
Experience working within or in close partnership with an actuarial function at an insurance company or financial services firm
