Closer to client-facing consulting than capital/ERM strategy—the remit is defined by prospects, broking relationships, and revenue outcomes.

Executive P&C actuarial advisory role with Marsh Re in New York, focused on multi-line reinsurance risk quantification, risk transfer advice, predictive analytics, and commercial growth. You will lead client and prospect analytics, shape AI-enabled tools and processes, partner with broking, and build actuarial capability across North America and India. The role is hybrid, with at least three days per week in the office or with clients.

Requirements

Strongly preferred

  • Senior actuarial advisory leadership in reinsurance
  • Deep expertise in risk quantification and risk transfer
  • Ability to drive commercial revenue outcomes
  • Experience with AI and analytics tool development at scale
  • Strong stakeholder and team leadership skills
  • Consistent and credible senior analytics presence across all lines of business
  • Establish clear analytics framework connected to client strategic objectives
  • Build network across Marsh enterprise to connect solutions to client challenges
  • Set tool development priorities to support scaled insights delivery
  • Establish India-based support team as global center of excellence for actuarial modeling
