Intern-to-analyst conversion role in WTW’s Life insurance consulting and technology practice in New York. You’ll support product pricing and valuation, financial projections, risk management, modeling, software implementation, and client projects while working with credentialed actuaries. The role is hybrid and pays $81,000-$91,000 plus potential bonus.

Requirements

Must have

  • Able to work in the US indefinitely without visa sponsorship
  • Completed Summer 2026 internship with WTW
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field with minimum GPA 3.0

Strongly preferred

  • Work or extracurricular experience demonstrating technical and client service skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Nice to have

  • One or more actuarial exams passed
  • Additional programming/software skills
