Role Summary

Role type

Actuarial tools and process builder

Closer to a transformation-build role than a modelling-heavy IC position because reusable tools, documentation, testing, and adoption matter as much as the analysis itself.

You’ll help develop, test, document, and deploy reusable models, dashboards, benchmarks, and guidance for employer health and group benefits analytics. The hybrid role pays $70,000-$80,000 annually plus an annual short-term incentive bonus.

  • Ability to organize assignments, follow established methods, meet deadlines, and communicate when guidance is needed
