Lead P&C actuarial role in Atlanta, Georgia, supporting a rapidly scaling insurer across commercial lines. You will own admitted rate, rule, and form filings end to end, build rating plans from scratch, work with DOI reviewers, and help establish the actuarial function while supervising associates.
Requirements
Must have
FCAS designation
Passed Exam 6 (United States)
At least 3 years of actuarial work experience
Qualified under USQS to issue actuarial opinions
Strongly preferred
Own admitted P&C rate, rule, and form filings end to end
Nice to have
Authored and submitted filings through SERFF under own name
Understanding of DOI actuarial reviewer evaluation process
Experience with personal lines and bureau-referenced commercial lines (NCCI/ISO)
Supported predictive-model-based filings through actuarial objections
3+ reviewed years of P&C reserving work
Quick learner, ownership mindset, technical fluency across pricing/data/filing tools
