Manager-level Health actuarial consulting role in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, covering valuation and reserving, pricing, capital modelling, and enterprise risk work. You will support varied client engagements for insurers, healthcare systems, regulators, employers, and private equity firms, with eventual client interaction.

Requirements

Must have

Strong skills with MS Excel and MS PowerPoint required

Strongly preferred

Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferably in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance or related field)
Significant progress with actuarial exams
5+ years of actuarial experience in the actuarial field
Exceptional organizational skills with ability to prioritize and multitask
Project management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to build relationships
Excellent time management skills
Ability to work effectively in a team setting
Deep critical-thinking skills and problem-solving ability
Highly motivated individual and willingness to work in a dynamic environment

Nice to have

Experience in health insurance or healthcare provider market
ASA or FSA designation preferred
Experience with R, SAS, SQL, VBA, or other programming language a plus
