Director-level P&C actuarial consulting role in Philadelphia, with hybrid work across a broad US office network. You’ll lead complex client engagements spanning reserving, pricing, predictive analytics, and economic capital, while driving business development, AI-enabled modernization, and team development.
Requirements
Must have
ACAS or FCAS credential
BA/BS degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or related field
10+ years actuarial consulting or insurance industry experience within Property & Casualty
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Strongly preferred
Demonstrated success managing client relationships and leading complex engagements
Proven business development experience, including generating new opportunities and expanding client relationships
Strong project management and organizational skills, able to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with ability to influence diverse audiences
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with client-oriented mindset
Nice to have
Experience leveraging AI technologies, automation tools, or advanced analytics within actuarial or consulting environments
Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, R, SQL or similar analytical tools
Experience working with cross-functional technology or engineering teams
