Senior Manager Health actuarial consulting role focused on Medicare Advantage in Boston, with hybrid work and offices across several US cities. You’ll lead and certify Part C and D bids, develop pricing and product analyses, manage complex client workstreams, and advise insurers and provider health systems.
Requirements
Must have
- Bachelor's or master's degree required
- ASA or FSA credential required
Strongly preferred
- 7+ years of actuarial experience in Medicare Advantage industry
- Ability to manage medium-to-large scale projects autonomously
- Track record of rapid learning, high performance, and professional growth
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting
- Deep critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
- Highly motivated and willing to work in dynamic environment
- Strong skills with MS Excel, SAS, SQL, R, Python, VBA or other programming languages
Nice to have
- Degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance or related field preferred
- Actuarial consulting experience preferred
