Client-facing P&C consulting leader

Closer to a client-facing consulting leadership role than a modelling-heavy individual-contributor position because regional growth and relationships are central.

Senior/Principal P&C actuarial consulting role in Chicago, with flexibility on office location. You will own regional business development and revenue targets, lead client relationships, review actuarial work, mentor staff, and manage projects spanning pricing, reserving, predictive modelling, and economic capital. The role reports to the Global Strategy Development Leader and Region Leader and expects at least three days weekly in an office or with clients.

Requirements

Strongly preferred

ACAS/FCAS credentials or similar qualifications
10+ years of consulting experience focusing on P&C clients (self-insureds, captives, reinsurers)
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage client relationships
Exceptional organizational skills with ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to foster culture of inclusiveness, innovation, and continuous improvement
Willingness to travel as needed for client engagements and business development
Self-motivated and proactive with ability to develop client-oriented solutions
Collaborative team player capable of working cross-functionally
Proven ability to mentor junior staff and foster career growth
