Principal-level P&C actuarial consulting role based in Dallas, with other listed US office options. You will lead complex client engagements spanning pricing, reserving, capital modeling, risk analytics, and modernization, while driving business development and developing teams. The role is hybrid, with at least three days per week in a local office or at client sites.
Requirements
Must have
ACAS or FCAS credential required
Strongly preferred
10+ years of actuarial consulting or insurance industry experience in P&C
Demonstrated success managing client relationships and leading complex engagements
Proven business development experience
Strong project management and organizational skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
BA/BS degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or related field
Nice to have
Experience with AI, automation, or advanced analytics in actuarial context
Knowledge of Python, R, SQL, or similar analytical tools
Experience working with cross-functional technology or engineering teams
