You will lead complex insurer and corporate engagements spanning reserving, pricing, predictive analytics, and economic capital modeling, while driving business development, team leadership, and AI-enabled modernization.
Requirements
Must have
BA/BS degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or related field
ACAS or FCAS credential
10+ years of actuarial consulting or insurance industry experience within Property & Casualty
Demonstrated success managing client relationships and leading complex engagements
Proven business development experience, including generating new opportunities and expanding client relationships
Strong project management and organizational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a client-oriented mindset
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Nice to have
Experience leveraging AI technologies, automation tools, or advanced analytics
Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, R, SQL
Experience working with cross-functional technology or engineering teams
