Closer to client-facing consulting than an in-house specialist role because project variety, client contact, and business development outweigh ownership of one internal portfolio.

Manager/Senior Manager P&C actuarial consulting role in New York, with other listed US locations also considered. You’ll advise insurers, corporations, captives, and regulators across pricing, reserving, predictive modeling, and economic capital projects, while managing client work and developing analysts.

Requirements

Must have

  • BA/BS degree

Strongly preferred

  • 5+ years of actuarial experience
  • ACAS or FCAS credentials
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills

Nice to have

  • Experience with AI technologies for modeling and analytics
  • Knowledge of Python, R, or SQL
