Senior P&C reinsurance pricing role in Pennington, New Jersey, supporting Hamilton Re and Hamilton Select. You’ll price casualty, specialty and other reinsurance contracts, maintain pricing models, analyze claims and profitability, and partner with underwriting, claims, IT and leadership. The role offers hybrid or remote work and pays $140,000-$190,000 annually.

Requirements

Must have

8+ years of P&C insurance or reinsurance industry experience

Strongly preferred

ACAS or FCAS designation (or progress towards)
4+ years of Casualty Reinsurance pricing experience
Experience in P&C insurance/reinsurance, preferably focused on Casualty Reinsurance
Programming experience in VBA, SQL, R or Python
Clear understanding of reinsurance terms, structures, and data
Hands-on, proactive, flexible with strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Ability to effectively communicate pricing and analytical findings
Technical expertise and capabilities within the actuarial field
Ability to productively leverage data and technology
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
