HIGHLIGHTS

Senior life actuarial role focused on enterprise finance and actuarial projects in Charlotte, NC (onsite 4 days/week). You'll lead model development, regulatory and management reporting implementations, and enterprise-level capital and liability projects, while mentoring junior staff and presenting to senior management.

Lead enterprise finance and actuarial transformation projects for life and annuity products
Own model development, conversions, and regulatory reporting implementations
Work on economic capital, risk-neutral and real-world liability frameworks
Hybrid role: 4 days in office, 1 day remote (Newport Beach, Omaha, or Charlotte)
Requires FSA and 6+ years actuarial experience

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

Economic capital and risk-neutral/real-world liability modelling
Regulatory and management actuarial reporting
Model development and large-scale conversions
Experience with Snowflake or Oracle databases
Hands-on programming in Python, R, VBA and SQL

KEY REQUIREMENTS

FSA designation required
6+ years of actuarial experience
Experience with economic capital and risk-neutral/real-world liabilities
Proficiency in Python, R, VBA and SQL
Experience with Snowflake or Oracle and Power BI/Tableau
