Senior P&C actuarial role on State Farm’s Sharing Economy team, based in Richardson, Texas, with hybrid office work. You’ll translate platform data into pricing recommendations, support profitable program growth, and partner with Product, Underwriting, Claims, and Loss Reserves. The role requires at least three actuarial exams, with ACAS preferred, and offers a salary range of $110,000-$165,000.

Requirements

Must have

  • Eligibility to work in the US without sponsorship

Strongly preferred

  • At least 2 years of experience working with or for a gig or sharing economy company
  • Bachelor's degree in an analytical field
  • Experience with data and statistical analysis in Excel, SQL, R, and/or Python
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, leadership, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Successful completion of at least three SOA or CAS exams
  • Commitment to earn and/or maintain the Continuing Education requirements for the ACAS/FCAS designation

Nice to have

  • ACAS designation preferred
