Requirements
Must have
Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, other physical science, or related finance/business degree
Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA) designation
10+ years relevant work experience (or 6+ years actuarial with ASA, or 5+ years with FSA)
5+ years health insurance actuarial experience
1+ year of management experience
Comprehensive understanding of actuarial principles and methodologies, strong mathematical and analytical skills
Knowledge of reimbursement methodologies
Ability to develop actionable reports for senior management
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and data extraction, simulations, automation
