Actuarial transformation builder

Closer to a transformation-build role than a filing-cycle specialist because the mandate is to redesign and scale the operating model, not just deliver filings.

Senior P&C actuarial transformation leadership role, available remotely across the lower 48 U.S. states. You will lead regulatory filing modernization across commercial, specialty, excess and surplus, and agribusiness portfolios, combining filing expertise, process redesign, analytics, and cross-functional leadership.

Requirements

Must have

  • FCAS or equivalent qualification required for filing signatory responsibilities
  • 8+ years of actuarial experience

Strongly preferred

  • Deep experience with P&C actuarial work, insurance rate filings, or related regulatory processes
  • Leadership and transformation initiative experience
  • Familiarity with tools such as SQL, Excel, Python, R, automation, AI
  • Undergraduate degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, data science or similar
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office products, analytical software, and programming languages
  • Proficient level of organizational agility and conflict management
  • Proficient level of command skills, strategic agility, delegation, motivating others, business perspective and accounting
