Closer to transformation build than a standard people-leadership role because the mandate is to modernize capabilities and processes across functions, not only manage actuaries.
Executive P&C actuarial leadership role in Columbus, Ohio, focused on advanced pricing, segmentation, predictive analytics, and finance transformation. You will set strategy for analytical tools and modernization, influence senior leaders, and lead a team of up to 25 actuaries and analytics professionals. FCAS and 10+ years of experience are required; the role can be filled anywhere in the lower 48 U.S. states.
Requirements
Must have
- FCAS designation
- 10+ years of financial experience
- Deep knowledge in finance and pricing processes underlying P&C products
- Knowledge across a wide variety of P&C products
- Strong influence, facilitation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Process design and improvement skills
- Strong project management and change management skills
Strongly preferred
- 5-8 years post-FCAS experience
