Senior Director health actuarial pricing and forecasting role at Prime Therapeutics, remote from the Minneapolis-based organization. You will lead Actuarial Services, guide strategic pricing and forecasting for pharmacy benefit business, partner with Finance, clients, underwriters and senior leadership, and oversee complex modeling, negotiations and presentations.
Requirements
Must have
Bachelor's degree in related field; high school diploma required
Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
Strongly preferred
10 years of actuarial work experience
5 years within healthcare or PBM industry
7 years of leadership experience
Actuarial designation (ASA or FSA)
Excellent quantitative, problem solving, and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple complex projects
Strong client consulting presence and communication skills
Nice to have
Master's degree or credentialed equivalent
Experience in designing innovative business solutions for pharmacy benefit challenges
Strong understanding of pharmacy plan design
