Summer actuarial internship in Fidelity’s retirement consulting practice in Greenwood Village, Colorado. Over 10 weeks, you’ll work with Senior Associates Consultants advising clients on benefit programs, initially emphasizing defined benefit pension plans, with potential exposure to broader retirement, health and welfare, and employee communication strategy.

Requirements

Must have

Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program and returning to coursework after the internship
Availability for the full 10-week program (June 7 – August 13, 2027)
Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship

Strongly preferred

Pursuing a degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, or a quantitative field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills
High aptitude for learning and adapting quickly
Critical thinking skills
