Role Summary

Senior reserving leadership role at a program-focused U.S. P&C carrier in Charlotte, NC. You will lead quarterly reserve analyses across 36-40 programs, develop IBNR models and loss projections, prepare statutory and GAAP reporting, and mentor one direct report. Collaborate with Finance, Claims, Underwriting, and Reinsurance teams. ACAS required, near-FCAS preferred, with 8-12+ years of progressive P&C reserving experience.

Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science or related quantitative field
Strong expertise in statutory/GAAP reserving and IBNR development
