Executive Life actuarial leadership role in Pacific Life’s Consumer Markets Division, based in Newport Beach, Omaha, or Charlotte. You’ll oversee inforce performance across annuity products, connect earnings and risk analytics to business decisions, and advise senior leaders on profitability, hedging, crediting, and capital deployment. The hybrid schedule requires four days in the office.

Strongly preferred
12+ years of progressive actuarial experience within the life insurance industry
Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field
FSA designation strongly preferred; ASA with substantial leadership experience may be considered
Deep understanding of Annuity products, how they are sold, illustrated, and managed Inforce
Strong actuarial foundation with demonstrated ability to connect experience analysis to business outcomes
Proven ability to drive decisions
Executive-level communication skills with ability to simplify complex topics
Highly consultative, with confidence to challenge assumptions and influence outcomes
Nice to have
MBA or advanced business degree preferred but not required
