Must have
Minimum 5 years experience in actuarial services related to health care
Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA designation)
Strongly preferred
Work experience in health insurance
Minimum 2 years supervisory experience or 1 year with Aspiring Leaders Program
Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA)
Experience with Medicaid and Medicare
Experience estimating IBNR, risk adjustment transfers, and other health care liabilities and assets
Experience analyzing health care cost and utilization data
Extensive knowledge of managed care and the Oregon Health Plan
Proficient with SAS, SQL, or R
Advanced Excel skills
Ability to develop and maintain Tableau dashboards
Strong understanding of data systems and relational databases
