Bachelor's degree in actuarial science, mathematics, finance, economics, statistics or related quantitative discipline
19+ years of related actuarial experience (or 16+ with advanced degree, or 23+ total equivalent)
Progressively responsible actuarial experience within the life insurance industry
Deep expertise in life and annuity products, asset-liability management, actuarial modeling, and enterprise financial dynamics
Experience influencing executive-level decisions through analytical insight
Exceptional communication and presentation skills with ability to translate technical analyses into actionable business insights
Demonstrated ability to build strong cross-functional relationships across actuarial, investments, finance, and other business partners
Nice to have
Knowledge of U.S. GAAP, Statutory, and Economic financial reporting and their implications for ALM
Experience supporting strategic reinsurance initiatives and enterprise financial planning
Expertise with actuarial modeling platforms including MG-ALFA or comparable systems
