You’ll lead pricing strategy, profitability analysis, rate development, forecasting, and monitoring while partnering with underwriting, finance, claims, IT, and senior leaders. The role manages two actuarial professionals and offers a disclosed $136,000-$204,000 base salary range.
Requirements
Must have
- Minimum 5 years of P&C insurance actuarial experience
Strongly preferred
- Undergraduate degree in Mathematics, Actuarial Science or related field
- Effective oral and written communications skills
- Independently motivated and proactive
- Teamwork and collaboration skills
- People management experience (manages two direct reports)
Nice to have
- FCAS designation
- Financial Lines (E&O, D&O, EPL, Cyber) experience
